Measured survey

 

A measured survey will follow after free consultation to evaluate the clients requirements. That's the first step to start extension or loft conversion project.

The measured survey will enable me to produce  an accurate drawing of the existing property and site. 
 

We produce detailed measured surveys for every king of purposes, from lease plans, to site setting out plans, and all our drawings are created using the latest CAD .

We will visit the site in order to carry out the survey using laser measuring equipment and then this information will be passed on to one of our CAD draftsmen who will produce the drawings, usually within 7 days depending on the complexity of the drawings.

A measured building survey is an accurate representation of your building showing all the structural elements and architectural features. Floor plans are essential to give an accurate representation of the building and this is backed up with elevations and cross sections presented as a scaled survey drawings.

Surveys are included in all Planning and Building Regulation Drawings Fees.
